This is the second drawing in your gallery (the other was a drawing including Catwoman) which gives me the impression that the heroine's closest breast is sagging, compared to it's perky twin.
From my percerption, it seems to be a trick of the light. Maybe the reflection is too profound, giving a feeling of sagging, or flat breast.
