Idk why boob windows dont catch on? Like superman would be awesome with a boob window? Batman? Deadshot? no?

Maybe this is a bit off-topic, but Power Girl's costume, both this design and the usual one, is really not at all suitable for winter conditions. Between the exposed chest and legs, it's awfully impractical even in spite of her non-human-ness. Something a bit warmer might be a better fit for such a setting.

In fact, a whole series could be made of winter costumes for superheroes and superheroines, if there are some artistic folk up for it.

I like this--mostly, her ahem perkiness on the left is bothersome since her recent costumes seem to have been more substantial of material than the old skin tight ones. Although I like her when she is drawn more substantial than Supergirl (arms/legs/musculature, not breasts...)
