First off i wanted to wish you guys a quick happy new years for 2013 and all the asian's out there who are celebrating lunar new years soon.


If i had a new years resolution to make more D.a journals i bet i couldn't really keep up because my track record on 2012 has been decimal but i like the idea of new resolutions, To keep improving your self and setting out achievable goals for the new year.

So besides getting healthier like 90% of Americans i would also love to meet more new people, make new good memories and last but not least find new ways to keep drawing constantly everyday, find way to improve as quick as possible and churn out something interesting and memorable for 2013.

Feb i will have off but March also starts the new con season. Some how in the 2 month break i had from japan , im all sudden super excited for con season to start again. Love hate for sure. Emerald , which will be my 3rd year in Seattle , and mega con in mid march in Florida. They always conflicted in the past i have never been to Florida before , so i plan to make that a huge event. I cant wait to meet Floridians and check out all the theme parks. Last weekend in march i have wonder-con in a neighboring city next to my house , So march should be crazy tiring but also crazy fun.

Its that time of year, where the con season in America is slowing down. It wont start up for me till early march. So that means i can kinda slow down for the holiday season. I don't know how many people read this journal but yeah to keep things short and to move things down. I wanted to reflect and say Happy Holidays and hope everyone enjoys some good quality time with there families.

Its been a fun day , looking at all the comments and seeing who is guessing who . Next time ill do one of these ill put everyone favorite obscure characters. I just ran of room i guess.

So this print has been a blast to draw and i cant wait to see if people pick up the print at nycc next week.

I also did a 25 gray toned print of this picture, that i was thinking that id give to you if you buy a 4 or more prints. I should have 25 and first come first serve.

I will be at table EE05! Every evening at five ...well ill be there all day from dusk to dawn and from Wednesday to Sunday. So yeah.

Hey guys , right now im in new Zealand (wellington) taking advantage of that really long flight from California but next i will be making an appearance the SUPA nova show. So last month at Boston con , someone from Australia got a friend to pickup a huntress up for him and i had a blast doing this commission for him. All i have is this WIP in progress photo but you can see how at least how i sketch on the road.



Turns out a couple days later i got invited to Supanova 10th show in Sydney and Perth and i decided i couldn't pass on the offer. So i just booked my ticket and now accepting commissions for both show . haha

After trying to recover for the fun that was FCBD . im going to be doing a local show this week Saturday at  the long beach comic book expo may 12th!

I have a table now and yeah it should be a fun show. I have no idea where im sitting though so as soon i as i find out ill update this journal.
